When I became a single mom, I was on an all male sales team.
They were some great dudes, but let me tell you ... the way they sold did not work for me.
Too much pressure. Too much pushing.
Then I changed roles, changed teams, and started selling a different program.
Again, all guys.
Again, I was the only woman.
As a single mom, the stakes were high. I had to figure this out.
I kept thinking, these techniques do not feel right for me on sales calls. Why does this feel so gross?
Then I realized why.
I’m really a coach by nature.

What if there was a way to sell that didn't feel so gross?
I started in the coaching industry under the client success umbrella. My focus from day one was helping clients get results. Supporting them. Serving them well.

Not closing deals and bringing in business.

So when I stepped into sales, a lot of what I was being taught felt completely disconnected from the way I naturally build trust.

That’s when I started piecing together my own framework.

Trial and error. Little by little. It took years.

I paid attention to what actually worked.

What helped people feel seen.
What built trust instead of breaking it.
What created momentum without making the conversation weird.
What helped the right people make strong decisions.

Over time, my close rates went up.
My confidence went up.
My results followed.

Last year alone, I closed just under $1.5M in high-ticket deals for my clients.
